Your screenplay stays yours.

Written to be read by the person doing diligence on you, not only by a lawyer. It is public so a financier's counsel can read it before anyone signs in.

PART ONE · PRIVACY

Your screenplay

  • No person at FrameLore or Oracle reads your screenplay. The engine reads it. There is no reader, no coverage writer, and no human vote in the result.
  • You keep every right in your screenplay. Uploading it grants FrameLore no licence beyond producing the report you asked for.
  • Oracle’s analysis runs on Anthropic’s commercial API. Under Anthropic’s Commercial Terms, customer content sent through that API is not used to train any model, and inputs and outputs are deleted from Anthropic’s systems within 30 days by default.
  • Your material is disclosed to no one else, and it is never used to produce another client’s report.

What Oracle holds, and for how long

  • Your screenplay, for 45 days after its run, then deleted. That is also the length of your rerun window, so the two expire together. A run more than 45 days after upload asks for the file again, and your run entitlement is unaffected.
  • Your project details and finished reports, for as long as you keep your account, or until you delete them.
  • Your account email and a record of your runs, for billing. Run and billing records are kept 24 months and carry no screenplay content.
  • Diagnostic records, which carry identifiers and measurements only, never your text. Kept 12 months.

How it is held

  • Row level security at the database layer. One account’s material is structurally unreachable from another account’s session. Validated at ten of ten two-account isolation cases against the live database.
  • Files and reports are served only through expiring signed links, never from a public address.
  • Reports are delivered only to the account that ran them.
  • Database backups are taken daily and roll off after 7 days. Uploaded files are not held in database backups at all.
  • Oracle runs on standard third-party infrastructure for hosting, database, storage, and email, all under commercial terms. Beyond FrameLore’s own systems, your screenplay text reaches one provider only: Anthropic, as described above. A full provider list is available to any client or their counsel on request.

Deletion

  • Write to access@filmoracle.io at any time.
  • Acknowledged within 5 business days, carried out within 30, confirmed in writing.
  • Deletion removes your material from live systems immediately, and from database backups within 7 days as those backups roll off.
  • Billing records are kept as accounting requires.

What we never do

  • Never publish, name, or excerpt a client project.
  • Never add a client project to the public calibration ledger. That ledger holds backtests against released films and nothing else.
  • Never use your material for FrameLore marketing.
  • Never sell, broker, or shop your project.
  • Never take a success fee, a percentage of financing, or any payment contingent on the verdict.

If something goes wrong

  • If your material is exposed, you are told directly and in writing within 72 hours of confirmation: what was exposed, when, and what is being done. No holding statements.

PART TWO · TERMS OF USE

What Oracle is

  • An analysis engine. It produces a calibrated opinion about a film’s likely commercial performance, audience response, and critical reception.
  • Not investment advice. No report is an offer, a solicitation, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or finance anything.
  • Not a guarantee. A band is a band. Ranges are stated as ranges because outcomes are uncertain. A favourable verdict describes calibrated odds, never a promised result.

One engine, one verdict

  • Every run is the same full report from the same engine at the same calibration standard, no matter the pricing tier or purchased package.
  • Price buys run volume and nothing else. It does not, and structurally cannot, change the report or the verdict.

What you may submit

  • Projects you own or have the right to submit. You confirm this each time you run.
  • Do not submit material you are contractually barred from disclosing to a service provider.

Your report

  • Custody of the finished report is yours. Share it with your financiers, your board, or your buyers as you see fit.
  • Do not resell it, white-label it, or present it as your own analysis.
  • FrameLore keeps the rights in the engine, the methodology, the vault, and the report format.

Runs and refunds

  • Runs are not refundable, whether or not they have been used.
  • If a run fails for a reason on our side, it is rerun at no charge and it is not counted against you. If we cannot deliver it at all, you are refunded.

Availability

  • Oracle is in private beta. Access is by invitation while testing finishes.
  • No uptime commitment during beta. We will tell you when that changes.

Liability

  • FrameLore’s total liability for any claim relating to Oracle is limited to the amount you paid for the runs in question.
  • FrameLore is not liable for financing, production, or distribution decisions made in reliance on a report. A report is one input among many.

Changes

  • This document carries a version and a date. Changes are versioned, not silently edited, in keeping with how the calibration ledger is handled.
  • When a change is material, you are asked to review it at your next sign-in.

Governing law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, and any dispute is heard there.
